我是安徽省安庆市潜山县一名普通的退伍残疾军人王焰，曾服役于江苏南京73211部队五年，自2007年被权力组织秘密锁定为精神控制人体实验的受害人、牺牲品，九年来，除表面上政府多次强行关押精神病医院外，还被有组织暗中对我进行包括慢性毒药在内的秘密人体实验，导致我三十岁不到就被残害成肝硬化并发胆囊炎，同时在中国江苏省人民医院确诊的动脉硬化、高血压、心脏病，伴有疑似糖尿病，10岁女儿王欣睿也有被实验迹象。现通过网络希望得到世界正义人民的关注。

对我进行的秘密人体实验活动在中国叫脑控(精神控制)实验，在中国已有大量无辜同胞残死于此，典型的有：福建福州吴巧妍，女，28岁，受害时间3年，因残害成子宫肌瘤等妇科癌症不堪折磨而自杀；湖北武汉彭公乾，男，40岁，受害时间10年，最终残害死于胆囊壶腹癌……

曾流传于中国网络的脑控实验真相是：制人脑电脑权、制信息（网络媒体通讯）权、制舆论权、玩法律权（钻空子）。

特别强调的是制人脑权，可分为：制情绪权、制心理思维权（意识潜意识）、制脑影像权、制思维模式形成权、制记忆分析权、制生存能力权、制人格尊严权、制社会交往权（这部分通过煽动社会迫害取得控制）；制精神状态权、制身体感觉嗅觉权、制休息睡眠权、制健康病患权、制内分泌优略权、制生命权（这部分通过暗下慢性毒药、药物来取得控制）。
